I finally figured it out 
its a lil tricky but oh well
heres to all that want to sign up
click home first of all at the top and then at the top
next click register and fill in your nick name what you want it to be on here.and select a password ,then it asks for your email add your email addy.
then submit it .And then go check your email. Its fast it took like 5 seconds to be sent to mail.Open the mail copy the password they send you and click the link in your mail close to the bottom
. Paste it in your password area and you done.
keep the email. CAUSE YOU can allways log in to your username that way.
Then when you are logged in you can change your password to something you want in your profile at the top.
