What crank baits do you prefer for catching walleyes?I like the shads yellow/ green, bronze, my self. i find it doesnt matter what time of the year they bite em ;D ;D ;DSome time on the last treble hook i use a worm trailer that gets em big time.

Hmmm i agree with you on the colors for sure but did you ever use the perch shads by rap or the silver ones too. i find they produce some nice hogz.And the worm trailer hook sounds great that would drive those walleyes over the edge for sure . ;Dim going to try that.

I'm kinda partial to the Rapala Husky Jerk in the crawdad color. Most folks think they are just for casting, but I've had trememdous luck trolling them. A little tip I learned from an old timer is to spray the lure with WD-40. Yeah, that's right. ;D There's something about the scent it gives off that drives Walleye nuts. What other tips do you have?

Ever use poppers?I swear by it.use the frog pattern i like the light green in summer and darker red in the fall.try it you wont be sorry.
