Im sure most of you all have heard about putting egg shells down the hole so you can see the fish outline at the bottom of your ice hole. I have tried this and its not a bad idea it works. Have any of you ever tried it and if so what other tips can you think of post them please.

Sounds Like A good Idea. However where we fish the Zebra mussles Have the Water crystal clear so the next time I am in muddy water Ill crack and egg or 2

Well i would take the egg middle part and add a lil beaver castor to it and put it in a jar let it rot fer about 2weeks under the stove in the cabin. IT would make the best martin bait you can use. Hey metal remember that bait you made me for martin lol stunk me right outta the cabin. Even the mice couldnt stand the stink.haha I still have some and when i use it the traps are allways full. Im a trapper and friend of Metals we use to trap together when we were young.

No way how the hell are y0u?I havent heard from you Ghost trapper for a long time years . How the hell did you find me?haha, Sheesh!! its been years hows the trapping going? You still going out on your trapline? and trappin?I hope so. Goto keep it alive i think we are a dieing breed last of the trappers. i noticed fur looks like its comeing back in style, i may have to go out next season to my trapline and make a few sets.I bet you never want to see my trapline again after i made you skin those beaver on the ice.But thats another storey lol.
