When posting a ad and buying or selling a item.
1: Contact information must be posted on your ad example "your email"
2: The price of the item must be clearly posted in your ad
3: A clear picture of item is not needed but is nice when posting your ad but is not necessary to post a ad
but a well written description of item is.
4: After contacting the seller or buyer of the ad by email you can then make your deal on the price etc.
Keep the email of the price and deal you are making for your own safety.
Hints on safely buying or selling on-line
Never give out your credit card information on-line to someone or your bank account number.
Only use a trusted and secured site such as pay pal.com or other means of transferring money should be considered.
If your buyer or seller wont agree to your terms or doesn't have a secured way of transferring money don't do the deal.
