Grumpy old men fishing

;D Well let me start this topic off by saying i know one day i will become that grumpy old man ice fishing on some frozen lake. How i know this is a friend that goes with me fishing most of the time makes me think about that movie "Grumpy old men". Not just that we never agree on much and if you seen us fishin together you probley think we hated each other. For instance you should hear the complaining when the fishing gets good and he has to help land some of the fish i catch ;D I love catching fish before he does makes em mad as hell. ;D Oh well i have to say he does know his stuff. Dont tell em i said that

Yeah I got an old fella I fish with and hunted with from years who is in the early stages of alzheimers . Anyway I help him get his shack out and jack it up and drill every hole . The next day I drill a couple of holes at the back on the outside because that's where I have to fish. He give's me sh!t for drilling in the trail of which I informed him was wrong because he put his hut dead center of the trail himself with the ATV because he got stuck in the slush . So my two holes were off the trail . Anyway the next day I get out there and chip out my holes and he proceeds to shove his lines in them and tells me they are his . Also he's breaking the law because he's got three lines down inside the shack plus now these other two which makes five and were only allowed two in this part of Ontario . Good thing I had drilled a few more holes quite a ways from the shack but of course they were way out in the open in the raw wind Yeah he frustrates me often but what is a man to do .

Im worried about my fishing pal of years and years as time goes on hes getting more and more deaf. Hes at the point now where i have to yell at him to Pass the worms! Im thinking maybe hes just doesnt want to share the bait. Yep cause he knows i will catch all the fish. So one day i seen a solution it was in the boat all this time, that lil red air horn that came with the boat. As soon as he was comfey and nodding off i layed down hard on that button. And yelled at him to pass the worms!. He jumped right up quick and gave me hell for scareing him and threw the worm containers as far as he could into the lake.
Boy was he mad just a swearing and trying to break my spare fishin poles and going on about how i scareing away all the fish ect. I just said ya right , so you being the worlds best sleepin Bait hawg was helping us catch? Oh well hes over it now and hes ready to get out on the water.

Ha next time your out in boat hit him with the paddle lol That works the best .. Wait a sec thats unsafe boating practises ok forget that idea just dump out his beer instead lol

Watch it guys--at 60 I AM A GRUMPY OLD MAN. I'd say "get your own bait & leave me sleep. " Unless you catch a new world record, in which case wake me up so I can claim I caught it.
