Went Ice Fishing Sunday 1/28/07

;D I finally got to go ice fishing on past Sunday. The weather was great and the fishing was greater. ;D We got the fish on both tip-ups and jigging rods. I got the 4 & 1/2 pound bass on an ultralite rod and a orange jig tipped with a pink/white nymph power bait. This was a great tune up for the coming Super Trap Attacks. And now for some pictures.

Well White shark looks like you might have won it bud been some slim pickins for ice pics this year but the contest isnt over yet

Very nice fish and what a difference in that pike in markings and color compaired to i what i catch here in Canada very interesting.

I thought the bass slow right down in the winter i guess not either that or your using some small presentations! or a net lmao anyways good buddy its nice to see ya out there fishin doing what you like keep on fishin my friend,

Hey Metal just for your info because I get them mixed up some times. That fish you refered to as a pike is really a chain pickeral. They don't get very big and that one is a good size. I've seen them around 30" but not very often. Thay're called chain pickeral because the markings on it's sides resemble link chain.

YEP dont get those here maybe in Ontario , i thought it was some sort of Musky at first so many types of fish to catch in a life time i will never stop. Looks like a nice slimer forsure
