Heres my plan
Why doesn't some one drop schools of Manitoba shiners from helicopters or give out tubs of them> the type they use for b**t in the winter at stores in to all the mosquitoes infested breeding areas? I'm mean like all the bigger breeding grounds in the fields? Wouldn't they eat the larva before they get a chance to hatch? And when the areas dry up and the minnows pass away then they complete there life cycle as fertilizer for the earth?
Maybe it wouldn't work what do you all think? only problem i can see with it is you would have to deal with a few already west Nile infected animal activists breathing down your neck .Saying it was cruel and not to spray them oh-well
