Sharpening my ice auger blades or buy a new set?

Heres my problem

Went out ice fishing last week for pike,,When using my jiffy power auger to pop a few holes.
I noticed cutting through the 12 inches of ice on the lake
i had to use more force than normal..

Generally i can drill though 12 inches in about 20 seconds with out

any effort..

I think my blades are dull!!

Should i spend 35.00 bucks on a new set of blades or can i just

sharpen them if so how?

I know some ice anglers can sharpen them perfect but how?

I Buy new blades ever three years saves time and effort and the motor on the ole jiffy,,
