Step one: Find a Wine cork have a sniff of it Step two: cut it and carve it to your liking its good to keep in mind it will have to fit on what ever size hook your planning on useing . Trying to make a tapered small version of the wine cork. *Advise one wine cork makes about 4-5 good sized popper bodys. Cut the cork directly length wise in half and in half again. Step 3 tie on the thread to your shank of the hook and place your poppers body on the shank. Epoxy it on, step 4 tie on your feathers that you choose i would recomend using marabou feathers because of thier fullness, step 5 paint it with what ever paint you have model paint works paint a eye on if you want. Step six epoxy the head and your threaded area becarefull not to get epoxy to close to the feathers i like to wet them slightly before applying the epoxy. Step 7 let dry hang it up Step eight cast it into your favorite bass lake and hang on cause they work deadly. Heres the final product
