Well i guess winter is trying to show it's self on this morning of November the 17th, it is 7:05 AM and the temp is 26 degrees but rather windy with winds at 10 to 15 MPH it is also giving us a windchill of 16 degrees man that goes right threw your cloths. Today folks it's not going to warm up much with highs only reaching 30 degrees so it will be lucky to get out of the 20's, tonight it will be the coldest of the season with lows reaching 12 degrees with some single digits popping up here and there that should put us some ice on the water. Dress warm folks we live in Minnesota it's not hard to stay warm and have a great day everyone.

Good Morning Everyone, Last Night Was One Of The coldest nights of the season in our area getting down to 17 degrees, but as daylight has came forth the temp has jump a few points to 24 degrees. now there is one thing that i don't like and that is wind in the winter time and this morning the wind is blowing at 9 MPH giving us a windchill of 15 degrees and man that cuts right threw the cloths and chills a person. Today we are looking to have partly cloudy skies and breezy with a high of 35 degrees probably won't feel that way with the wind though, our low tonight is looking to be 25 degrees so not as bad as last night i can deal with that. hope everyone is staying warm or at least has a place to get out of the chill when wanted have a great day everyone.

Good morning everyone today is Wednesday November the 19th it is 6:30 AM right now and it is a bit chilly out but not to bad, the temp is 36 degrees here in the west central part of the state and the winds are blowing across the plains at 15 MPH giving us a windchill factor of 24 degrees. Today the wind will be a factor all day because of the fronts that will be swinging on threw, first there will be a warm front early this morning((it is here now)) then there will be a cold front right behind it giving us a breezy day all day so even though our high is suppose to be 30 degrees it won't feel like it at all. Tonight we are looking for a low tonight of 17 degrees and still a little breezy so dress for the weather and stay warm everyone and have a great day.

Folks it is Thursday November the 20th It Is 7:05 AM and the temperature is at 23 degrees which is not to bad out but what is making things cold this morning is the wind, they are howling at 16 MPH right now giving us a windchill of 9 degrees now that will put a chill in your shorts. The temp is not going to go up much today for the high is suppose to only get to 25 degrees and the wind is also suppose to stay up there also keeping the feel like temp down there, now tonight if you have one on your car you should plug it in because the temps we have tonight are suppose to be the coldest of the season getting down to 5 degrees so single digits in most areas. Put another log on the fire folks and add another blanket to the bed it will be chilly tonight, have a great day everyone and stay warm.

Good morning everyone it is November the 21st and I hope your staying warm, here in the Starbuck area we are at 7 degrees making it the coldest day of the season so far this year. with this cold burst over night it brought a slight breeze at 3 MPH with it, giving us a windchill and making it feel like -2 degrees Buurrrrrrr. well that should make some ice on the lakes and ponds ice fishing just around the corner better get the shanties out and get them ready. the out look for today is trying to reach a high of 25 degrees that won't feel bad as long as the wind stay's down low, tonight the low won't be as bad getting down to 15 degrees still chilly but above zero. stay warm everyone and have a great day from the Starbuck area in west central Minnesota.

-20 today burr the vehicles were covered in snow warmed up to -11.!!

Talked with pal from way up north in alberta he said theres already 8 inches of ice!!

Good morning everyone it is Saturday the 22nd of November. Today we are a bit on the chilly side mostly because of the wind, right now we have a temperature of 30 degrees but the windchill is cutting threw the cloths is 16 degrees. The winds are blowing this morning at 9 MPH with some gusts upwards in the middle 20's MPH so throw that extra shirt on and stay warm. Today the high is suppose to be right we are at 30 degrees and the low for tonight is suppose to be 22 degrees but the winds are suppose to subside which will make a big difference when your outside. All in all it is a typical winter day have a great day and stay warm.

Good morning everyone it is Tuesday the 25th of November 2008 and it is 8:45 AM, right now it is 23 degrees in my front yard but our low last night was 18 degrees so we have climbed a few degrees but we still have a windchill of 14 degrees do to a 8 MPH wind. Today we are headed for a high of 40 degrees which will feel nice if there isn't much of a wind to go with it, tonight were looking at a low of 20 so the temps will be bouncing around pretty good today but all in all it should be a great day to be outside so have a great day everyone and stay warm and dry.

Good Morning It Is Tuesday The 2nd Of December and in some areas it is showing it with temps. Right now in my back yard it is a warm 28 degrees as long as you are out of the wind and have that extra layer on, but if you get out in that wind that is whipping along at 17 MPH we have a windchill of 14 degrees and lower at times. We are suppose to warm up today but be windy all day so it probably won't feel that way if your out in the elements, Todays high is suppose to be 40 degrees but like i said with the wind it won't feel that way so toss on that extra layer if you have to be out in the open elements. Later today we are suppose to also get a few flurry's that are not suppose to amount to much but it is along a front that will be going threw this evening bringing along some cooler temps our low is suppose to be 15 degrees but could be cooler in low lying areas, put another log on the fire folks with the cool temps and wind it's going to be chilly now have a great day.

Good Thursday morning everyone today is the 4th of December 2008 and it is a bit chilly out side today even the pups didn't want to go out this morning. Right now on the back yard thermometer it is telling me that it is 15 degrees which is a bit chilly but the real ice breaker is the winds that are blowing at 17 MPH creating a windchill of -0 degrees, that will make it a bit chilly in the deer stand this morning. Today we are going to try and hit a high of 15 so were really not going to go any were with the temp until this evening were we will be dropping to a low of 5 degrees, i don't think that that will be hard to do with the 1/2 inch of snow we go last night coating the ground hope it stays now. with the cool temps today it is going to be breezy along with so in the starbuck area it will be chilly no matter what you are doing outside so bundle up and maybe grab that bottle of schnapps and hit the ice the fish don't care if it's cold, have a great day everyone and stay warm.
