The next generation of fillet knives has arrived. The Rapala Fish 'n Fillet Superflex Knife has an incredibly thin blade that allows the greatest flexibility and control. The PTFE non-stick coating makes filleting even easier. Rapala Fish 'n Fillet Superflex Knife: * Razor sharp blade: hand ground stainless steel blade cuts easily through bone structure and tough skin * Superflex blade: extra thin for the softest touch and most flexible blade available * PTFE coating: nonstick coating makes filleting easier * Lower blade is strong and super sharp, for heavy cutting chores * Baked birch handle: baking removes water and prevents cracking * Checkering handle detail: classic styling for the new classic fillet * Includes tooled genuine leather sheath with structured scabbard inside * Available in 3 sizes: 4", 6" and 7-1/2" And the price is not bad either what i do i like about the filet knife is it has that coating just slides through the filets with ease Still though the electric filleting knives seem to be the best to me..
