Next time your in the fishing section check out the fluorocarbon lines ..
even if you dont decide to use a full spool of fluorocarbon line on your rod and reel combo ..You can just use a small section of it ..,Just tie it to your normal line as a invisble leader. This method works very well for Trout and walleye when fishing bait and clear water..
You will increase your rate ..
