All you need is a length of plumbers plastic pvc pipe or the black abs stuff cap both ends and your set..
Strong cheap and saves you a bundle on broken tips...
Pics soon to come.

Making your boat quiet
Heres a tip i was thinking on out on the water. I noticed how loud i was when I was moving around to get my tackle box to change lures. It must be amplified on the water and to the fish below making them nervous. Possibly even scarring them away.So there must be a solution. So at the end of the fishing season i decide to use rubberized truck box liner coating and it worked like a charm. It looked professional when it was done and definitely dampens the sound inside the boat for sure and i cant say it improved my catch limits but it seems i never get skunked. And it sure makes it easy to clean boat and you don't slip as much getting in and out either.
just a idea for ya

Hi there Musky, I have a question about cooking rainbows. I went out ice fishing for them and caught a mess of them the other day. When ever i cook them in the frying pan I'm never able to seem to make them firm and flakey they always turn out mushy why? Is it that maybe im using to much oil? or cooking them to long? i wonder if i baked them or broiled them? Got any ideas cause i know they aren't suppose to be all mushy,
